5 Ways to Drink More Water

Water is so important to the human body. Not only does it keep you hydrated, but it makes your hair shinier, your skin clearer, and helps prevent cramps for when you workout. Sometimes, though, it can be tough to get enough water each day, so here are 5 ways to drink more water:

  1. Infuse water with fruit. DIY or get a water bottle for infusing. The sweet tastes will make you want to drink more!
  2. Get a water bottle with a straw. For me, it’s a lot easier to drink when I’m drinking out of a straw!
  1. Compete with your friends. There are a lot of apps where you can log your water. A little healthy competition is always a good motivator.
  2. Set alarms for every hour and drink a glass each time it goes off. Sometimes, it’s just hard to remember to drink.
  3. Each person is different in the amount of water they should drink. I took the test and I need about 1L per hour. That’s the size of the large Edy Camelback which is my favorite water bottle! Find out the amount you should drink with the test and get a water bottle that meets your needs.
