Finding Time to Excercise

Finding the time to exercise can be challenging especially when you have such a busy schedule like mine as a college student.  No matter how busy you are though, you can always find ways to get in some kind of exercise every day.  I like to plan out my day in the morning by setting aside 30 minutes to an hour for exercise at some point usually in the middle of the day.  Setting aside time in the middle of the day for exercise allows you to refresh your mind especially when you’re doing homework and studying all day like I am most days.

Being efficient with your time is also an important skill that goes along with finding time to exercise.  Making schedules allows you to plan out your day, and actually make time for exercise instead of going through the day blind and hoping that you’ll have time for it when you might not.
