Wednesday Well-Being with Haley

Hi, guys! It’s Haley and I’m back with my well-being for this week.

Two weeks ago I wrote one and made a goal to go to the gym Monday through Friday at 8 am. I would say I have achieved this goal by about 75%. I have started lifting and working out again in the mornings almost every day, but, I have definitely missed a few. So my goal now is to finish up with that last 25%!

Unfortunately, I hurt my foot this week so I probably won’t be running for a week. Luckily, this coming week is spring break so it will give a good reason to just relax during the break.

I don’t have much else, so that’s all for now. Have a good break to all my WAC friends!
